Barbara Fellnermayr was the manager of the Vancouver City Pound in 1998, when it declared its no-kill policy. The policy was so successful that it was carried through to the Coquitlam City Pound, when Barbara took over the leadership reigns there. Barbara continues to work with and support rescue groups, knowing that they are the ones that do the really hard work.
Thanks to all the rescue groups for all you do. With you I wouldn’t have my furkids, Sassy and Lola!
